I bring along a journal whenever I travel, and write if I find time to, on planes, trains, buses, airports, cafes, or my room. A picture may be worth a thousand words, but they also don’t tell the whole story! I sometimes find my photographs inadequate as a travel record. An eye for photographic composition just doesn’t come naturally to me. The camera I use is also rather bulky, which makes photo-taking a bit of a hassle. Lastly, I’m just too plain lazy to take too many pictures when I travel.
This site is still very much under construction as most travel locations have yet to be completely covered. I’ve a substantial backlog of pen-and-paper journal entries that have yet to be edited and posted. They will, I hope, appear here some day.
